Don't do Toni and Guy, at my old salon we use to correct their work! They are all about image and not what the 'real client' wants Why not just go to college to get your level 3, also maybe a refresher course at college, or find a really good salon to work in, I learnt loads off my old bossI am qualified hairdresser (level 2) but want to better my skills doing toni and guy training?
i dont think toni and guy are best for advanced tranning they tend to make people look the same.

try doing a private course aveda is good and not that expencive.with some trainning course you pay loads or have to sign a contract and be with them for 2 years.

the best way to take your hairdressing further is to do models.experiment that is what our industry is about.hope this is helpful.
if you feel committted to toni and guy and education is where your heart is yes then go fotr more training to do so . if you work in a toni and guy salon let your manager know see how he/she can help you with goal , . if you mean to make your skills better by going to toni and guy education check out their website first to see what they offer
