If a hairdresser asks you personal questions while working, is she interested in you?

There is this cute hairdresser I go to and the second time she cut my hair she asked me if I had kids, and then asked if I was married. Mind you I am not very chatty when I am getting my hair cut so I am wondering if this is just normal for hairdressers to have something to talk about or if she is actually interested in me.If a hairdresser asks you personal questions while working, is she interested in you?
Hairdressers are chatty. They often ask me questions like that, too... and I KNOW they're not interested in me because they're women!
